ApparelTASKER is a fast-paced, innovative, and creative organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality products and pushing the boundaries of design and production. Our Sample Studio plays a key role in the development and production process, and we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Sample Studio Assistant to join our team.

The Role:
As a Sample Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the sample room. You’ll work closely with the sample machinists, pattern cutters, and the development team to ensure samples are organised, prepared, and completed to a high standard and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organising fabric, trims, and components needed for sample production
• Help prepare sample packs and ensure all materials are correctly labeled and ready
• Support sample machinists and cutters by keeping the work area tidy and stocked
• Track the movement and status of samples through the production process
• Assisting with fittings and note-taking where required
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the sample room
• Perform general administrative duties related to sample tracking and leasing with clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a clothing or garment production environment is desirable
• A keen interest in garment manufacturing or fashion production
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of fabrics and garment construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
