Overview
Flywheel Centers is a leading ABA therapy service provider for children on the autism spectrum disorder with multiple centers and service locations throughout the United States.
The Intake Coordinator at Flywheel Centers ABA is the first point of contact when a new ABA service inquiry is received. You will be responsible to reach back to parents and answer all their questions regarding our ABA services. You will use your great people skills to manage the client intake processes, coordinate insurance information, and ensure effective communication within the team. This role is essential for providing exceptional client service in ABA therapy and supporting Flywheel Center for ABA's operational needs.
Hours:
7am -3pm EST (12 pm-8 pm GMT)
Salary
$18 USD - $22 USD per hour
Position Type
The intake coordinator position is a full time fully remote position. Your 40 hour week will need to include some weekend hours over Saturday or Sunday.
Qualifications

- Experience in ABA intake a plus

Responsibilities
>> Manage client intake processes, and ensure effective communication within the team
>> Provide exceptional client service and support the operational needs of the organization
>> Conduct initial phone calls with potential clients in a efficient manner
>> Gather essential information from clients and provide an overview of our services
>> Understand and clearly explain insurance information, assisting clients with insurance queries and verifying coverage
>> Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
>> Collaborate effectively with team members, providing clear and timely updates on client status and any issues that arise
>> Perform standard office tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry, ensuring smooth daily operations
>> Stay informed about ABA therapy basics and continuously update knowledge to provide the best support to clients and the team
