We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional who is ready to activate their wide array of talents, capabilities and passions to grow our unique and diverse platform of products focused on human health and sustainability.
As Global Marketing Lead – F&C, you will play a vital, hands-on role in the development and execution of marketing and communications programs to build awareness and drive interest in the dynamic portfolio of products within our Filtration and Catalysis (F&C) business group.
Working closely with product development teams, BU leadership, sales and growth leaders and external agencies, you will champion new product introductions, drive engagement in our targeted market segments and generate leads to deliver profitable growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to lead the execution and implementation of integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for multiple products/segments/channels.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and business leaders to translate business goals and objectives into strategies, campaigns and programs that deliver engagement, leads, funnel, and revenue
  • Write and oversee the creation of sales and marketing materials, press releases, key messages, presentations, social media content, website content, media pitches, bylined articles, website content and other external-facing materials about Alkegen technology and solutions.
  • Execute growth campaigns to create leads for new product launches, creating content strategy and developing top and middle of the funnel content for traditional and digital communication channels.
  • Develop & drive comprehensive digital plans for awareness and lead generation campaigns (SEO & SEM, digital advertising, email, social media, landing pages, website marketing automation etc.) with measurables objectives
  • Work closely with creative partners, Media, and PR teams to conceptualize, execute, and deliver on the programs on time and on budget
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to increase conversion and results while keeping pace with overall digital marketing trends and translate relevant industry developments into enterprise strategy.
  • Collaboratively as part of the Global Marketing Communications team and other departments to ensure we are properly leveraging our agency resources, digital owned channels and properties, and execute tactics effectively to generate awareness and demand, including trade shows, press and media, social media, collateral development, digital campaign deliverables, and more.
  • Serve as a thought-leader, proactively generating thought leadership ideas, strategies and tactics that support the customer journey.
  • Build and foster trade media relationships, including those with print, online and broadcast outlets.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices to identify opportunities to apply new digital technologies and services to improve the Global Marketing Communications team’s speed, agility and innovation.
  • Successfully contribute to the development of strategic marketing messaging and positioning to differentiate Alkegen and advance awareness of Alkegen’s capabilities, offerings, solutions, and innovation across the broader organization and in the marketplace
  • Develop ROMI and success stories for campaigns; report metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaigns
  • Provide creative development and art direction for ads, campaigns, and graphics that support sales objectives and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Industrial B2B marketing communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player who is flexible, solution-oriented, and capable of articulating complex topics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Superior writing skills are a must.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate various activities simultaneously.
  • Must be comfortable working on a small, agile team, in a fast-paced environment that requires ongoing management of multiple projects at one time.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and work with tight deadlines and competing priorities while maximizing budgets and ROI.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with digital marketing automation platforms, content creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years in a corporate marketing communications or agency environment, with strong business acumen.
  • Additional qualifications that will help you stand out include:
  • Prior experience creating successful inbound and outbound marketing plans tied to business plan and multi-year targets.
  • Proven experience synthesizing complex, technical content to engage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance the "art" (brand & creative) with the "science" (data, reporting & optimization) of marketing campaign management for a B2B audience.
