We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team in Stockport. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, allowing it to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company vehicles, including registration details, insurance policies, and service history.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely scheduling and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as road tax, MOT, and operator's licence.
- Diarise the workplan for colleagues within our Service Station.
- Make sure all PCNs and legislative notices are processed within strict timescales.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to book in planned maintenance.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and trends to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and cost reduction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrator, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using MS365 suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Important Information
- The initial period of employment is by a six-month fixed-term contract, which is renewable at the Company's exclusive discretion (may also consider making permanent).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £22,222.00-£25,396.80 per year
