The Role:

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Submissions Coordinators to join our remote team. The role involves gathering and organising evidence and compliance documents related to the ECO4 scheme submissions. You will work closely with our team to meticulously evidence projects, ensuring all necessary information is compiled accurately and submitted to funders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize evidence and compliance documentation for ECO4 scheme submissions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and thorough project documentation.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to funders.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all submissions meet compliance standards.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple submissions simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in submissions coordination or a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy sector and ECO4 scheme is a plus.
• Proficient in using standard office software and submission platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
