We are looking for an experienced baker that is passionate about their work and looking to work with a great company who are developing and expanding. The role will include baking pastries, baking & preparing cakes, fillings for sandwiches and other fresh products and presentations ready for collection at 6.00am and other times throughout the mornings.

Key Duties:

• Prepare and bake a variety of: cakes, pastries, sandwiches, sub rolls, and other baked goods.
• Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.
• Follow recipes (normally ready to bake) accurately and consistently to maintain product quality.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering baking supplies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in food preparation, food safety, and food production.
• Knowledge of baking principles and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a kitchen and planning the weeks schedules for baking.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Experience:

• Baking: 1 year proven (required)

Full time - Permanent

Weekends required

Weekday shifts Required.

Starting salary - £ 25,300.00 per annum

Minimum expected hours: 36 per week
