About

Do you like to build, make, fix and craft? Perhaps you enjoy painting D&D models or building Airfix kits? Maybe crochet or needlepoint is your thing? Are you the person everyone asks to build their IKEA furniture?

If so, our Production Operative role may be right up your street!

We’re looking for someone who likes to work with their hands, has good attention to detail and takes pride in high quality practical work. You’ll probably be someone who likes solving problems and you’ll need to be a good communicator.

If you joined us, you’d be assembling and testing precision products for use in the manufacture of cryosurgical medical equipment. The products you’d be involved in making help save peoples’ eyesight.

Although previous experience in the manufacture of precision assemblies would be useful, it’s not essential – its more important that you have a positive attitude and are keen to learn and work as part of a team.

We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace - one that makes everyone, regardless of who they are or what they do for the business, feel equally involved in and supported.

So, if you're motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a successful production team, we want to hear from you!
