We’re looking for an MX (Member/Customer Experience) Content Specialist, Enterprise to help craft and maintain support content that serves our Oura for Business audience — including wellness partners, client admins, and retailers.
In this role, you’ll focus on crafting clear, helpful, and brand-aligned content that empowers OURA’s business customers to navigate Oura tools, services, and products with confidence. You’ll work closely with our client to make sure content stays accurate, relevant, and easy to use.
This is a permanent work from home position based in Portugal.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Create and maintain content for the Oura for Business Help Center, focused on the needs of enterprise users (partners, client admins, and retailers)
- Translate complex workflows into clear, concise, and actionable articles that support a consistent partner experience
- Ensure all content meets brand, style, legal, and compliance guidelines
- Gather feedback from internal teams (Support, Ops, Legal, etc.) to update and improve content
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current content and proactively recommend improvements
- Audit and refresh existing content to keep it accurate and relevant over time
- Implement AI-driven recommendations to help clients discover the right content quickly and efficiently
- Stay informed on product changes and partner feedback to keep documentation up to date
- Conduct light competitor research to inform voice, structure, and overall strategy
ABOUT YOU:
- 2–4+ years of experience writing knowledge base, help center, or technical support content — ideally in a CX or B2B environment
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for turning complex topics into content that’s easy to follow
- Experience working with content management systems like Zendesk, WordPress, or similar
- A process-minded writer who cares about clarity, consistency, and structure
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback
- Familiarity with the needs of enterprise or partner audiences a plus
