Berry BMW is looking for an IT Trainee.

Must be local to Hounslow and be able to travel to Green Lane TW6

Having a clean driving and access to own car as the role includes travel to different sites

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of new software and hardware.
• Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining the IT infrastructure.
• Help with the setup and maintenance of internal networks, servers, and security systems.
• Assist with data backup and recovery procedures.
• Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions to enhance the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with the IT team to test and deploy new technologies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving IT operations.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Your profile

• No Qualifications needed specific to IT, General GCSE, Math and English.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Previous projects related to IT (preferred but not required).
• Driver required as will include jobs in our sites around Greater London

Pay: £12.21 per hour
