Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Salary: £12.80 p/h
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Opportunity to add more hours during periods of business demand.
Location: Remote.

Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and effective support via email & calls to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to handle refunds, renewals, pharmacy requests and doctor inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and excellent English language skills in all customer interactions.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth & high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
- Based in the UK with the legal right to work.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Prior experience in customer support, specifically handling emails and calls.
- Skilled in data entry & payment processing.
