We are looking for a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced team, creating a wide variety of educational and marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone in the early years of their design career who is keen to develop their skills across multiple areas of design in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging educational resources, books, and digital materials in line with our brand guidelines.
• Support the creation of marketing assets, including social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Update and refine existing resources with strong file management and attention to detail.
• Work across a variety of design tasks, switching between projects as needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with the team to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs to meet project goals.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and other key design software.
• Confident using Microsoft PowerPoint for design-based tasks.
• A portfolio showcasing creative design work across a range of projects.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Person Specification:

• Ideally suited for a designer at the start of their career or with 1–2 years of experience.
• Enjoys working on a variety of design tasks, from resource creation to marketing materials.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passionate about creating high-quality, child-friendly designs.
• Educational background in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.
