We are looking for someone with a natural energy and enthusiasm to join our dedicated team, who is down-to-earth with excellent inter-personal, organisational and communication skills who is tactful, diplomatic, and provides assistance served with versatility to all.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar customer facing role, using a hotel property management system or similar, and embody teamwork strengthened by care to meet guests’ needs.

As a member of our community, you’ll provide our customers with service tailored to their needs, a unique hospitality experience, delivered with authenticity and a modern twist.

The post holder will work 36.5 hours per week. This will be worked on a rota basis. Shifts will be between the hours of 07:00-21:45 and will dependent on business needs. Working on a 5 out of 7 basis.

The salary being offered for this role does not meet the minimum threshold required to sponsor new applicants to the Skilled Worker visa route. For candidates who do not already have a Skilled Worker visa, it is unlikely that Aston University will be able to offer sponsorship under this route.
