The Role: Be a Lifeline for Those Facing Homelessness
We’re looking for dedicated, resilient individuals to join our specialist single homelessness service, which we established to help single people who are at risk of losing their homes. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will:
- Assess the needs and circumstances of individuals facing homelessness
- Identify sustainable housing pathways tailored to their situation
- Work in partnership with other agencies to secure long-term solutions
You’ll be based at our offices in Harlesden or Wembley (on a rota basis), with the flexibility to work from home on some days.
