As a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Sky Bar at Aviator you will be able to showcase your creative side by collaborating with the bar manager on cocktail menus and team training. You will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests enjoy genuine service by supporting the team. You will supervise over a range of services including afternoon tea and pre dinner drinks.

This role includes working evenings and weekends.

The successful applicant will be a personable individual and someone who can work alongside a team to get the best out of everyone. This is the perfect role for someone who has supervised a small team in a bar environment and who loves customer service and wants to be part of dedicated team working in a unique environment
