Severn Trent Green Power (STGP) is a subsidiary of the FTSE 100 listed company Severn Trent plc.
Severn Trent Green Power is known as a leader in the food waste anaerobic digestion (AD) space, owning and operating 11 market leading food waste and crop recycling AD plants, recycling organics into renewable gas. It also operates 30+ solar farms, 6 wind farms and 5 hydroelectric power plants.
STGP is now entering into a new growth phase, particularly in the solar space where it is approaching the construction phase of 4 large ground mounted solar projects that will expand its installed solar capacity by greater than 10-fold. Furthermore, the business has ambitions for even greater growth in both the solar and AD space over the next 10 years and is looking to develop the pipeline of projects for its next phase.
Accordingly, the business is looking to recruit an experienced PMO support and contracts administrator to bolster its delivery capabilities.
Summary
As PMO Support, you’ll provide essential governance, process, and contract management support.
Responsibilities
- Support project governance, reporting, and compliance across construction projects.
- Assist in the administration of contracts, ensuring projects adhere to best practices.
- Maintain and improve PMO frameworks, workflows, and documentation.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and contract deliverables.
- Work closely with project managers, procurement, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Develop PMO dashboards and reports to provide visibility on project progress and contractual obligations.
- Track key project milestones, contract variations, and change management processes.
Requirements
- Experience in PMO support, project governance, or contract administration within construction, utilities, or renewable energy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a structured PMO environment.
- Proficiency in PMO tools, Microsoft Office, and contract management software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Experience in risk management, procurement, or commercial support is desirable.
- Experience of Solar and FIDIC contract frameworks would be desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
