About Us:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team and support our operations in the domiciliary care industry.
Role Overview:
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care service, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. This position will involve caring duties as required, providing you with the opportunity to make a direct impact on our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our current staff files
- Full recruitment from advertising to booking them in for their inductions
- Attend relevant meetings in the field to represent the administration team.
- Conduct back-to-work interviews and concern meetings (one-to-one) as needed.
- Organise exit interviews.
-Support with sickness cover
- Liaise with outside agencies to ensure service user needs are met.
- Conduct certain audits.
-Ensure we meet CQC legislations
- Support managers with various administrative duties as required.
- Provide support on the on-call phone when field supervisors are absent, assisting the on-call person every other weekend. - Perform general administration tasks, including typing and documentation.
- Assist in managing the holiday board and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the care or healthcare sector.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Compassionate and understanding nature, with a desire to support service users and staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
