About
We are seeking a Workforce Systems Data Administrator to help cleanse the data in North London NHS Foundation Trust's Electronic service record (ESR) to enable the implementation and roll out of a new Learning Management System (LMS) across the entire trust, replacing OLM as main system for learning deployment and making the LMS the central repository for learning and training for all staff.
Main Duties:
- To undertake analysis of workforce data for KPI/monitoring purposes, producing appropriate reports and graphs.
- To provide regular/standard Workforce information reports to ensure accurate data is fed from ESR to the LMS
- To assist in the provision of Learning and development management reports including mandatory training.
- To provide benchmarking workforce information for the purpose of the LMS.
- To ensure the accuracy and integrity of data held on the ESR system; periodically audit information held on ESR via validation and cleansing exercises.
- To support People Services and Learning and Development colleagues in the use of ESR, troubleshooting problems and resolving queries on processes.
- To be one of the People Services and Learning and Development contacts with IBM to receive Support Notices, circulating via e-mail as appropriate.
- To monitor the accuracy of Trust wide work structures, establishment data and cost centres on ESR on a regular basis.

Qualifications
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent level of experience.
- Knowledge of ESR including BI reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £16.73 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
